While we do not offer returns, we do uphold our 100% Money Back Guarantee on our Early Reveal DNA test results. If the gender of your baby does not match the result of our test, we will reimburse you the cost of the DNA test.

Once your damaged and/or incomplete product is returned and received, it will be inspected and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund and/or replacement of the product.
