Taking the test was extremely easy and seamless! I like that you send a video and include written instructions to capture multiple learning styles and ensure the process is easy to understand :). My very small area of improvement is to ensure that instructions are the same across platforms (for those of us who like to follow exact instructions lol), I believe the video and pamphlet say to shake the sample three times but in the “your kit is activated, what now?” email it says 10 times. Also I read somewhere that the sample could be dropped off at any post office location/drop box but in that same email it says to drop it off at the nearest Mailing Partner Office near you (do not drop it off at the local box office)- I slightly panicked when I read this as I had already put the envelope in a regular post box but it’s all fine as I see my sample is on the way to you through the tracking number :). Two very small details but otherwise, this was truly so easy and I’m excited for my results!!!

the tap test was easy and painless! I got my results today. Took about 3 business days. One thing I suggest is with the reveal email, I wish the results didn’t display as soon as you open the email, but instead, have you scroll down a bit before seeing the results. Other than that, I loved this

Due to advice taken from a nurse that should have known what she was talking about but didn't my genetic blood test results came back without a gender a week before our scheduled gender reveal party. Absolutely stuck as there wasn't time to pay to have another genetic blood test taken I reluctantly ordered this test. I am in healthcare so understood the importance of setting up a collection space without male contamination. I sent away the results confident if it came back female but would question if it came back male. Came back female and has been confirmed with ultrasound! This test saved my gender reveal party!

My blood got lost in the mail!! So it couldn’t be processed.
I had to do the finger prick method twice! And it’s not super fun to do the first time around. It’s Quite a lot of blood to collect from a hunger prick. Plus the disposable needle hurt more than when I check blood sugar with my own pen.

My husband and I were super stoked to try this out! After I sent off our test I read some reviews of people who had gotten the wrong result and started to overthink everything, particularly after our result said BOY. I live in a space with my husband and a male dog so this didn’t help my worries about contamination
What I did:
- set up a clean test zone outside on our deck where I did my very best to wipe everything down before putting paper towel from a fresh roll on the table
- I am a registered nurse and had a REALLY HARD TIME with the finger poke. It was messy and I felt no way I would get enough blood. Only main drawback. I drew blood using an IV needle directly from my hand vein - I recommend taking the test to your local lab if this is not something in your skill set
- I fully packaged the test before coming back inside
To enjoy the process and alleviate any worries, my husband and I decided to do a reveal just the two of us and wait until our anatomy scan to share with friends & family. We figured this way we could still celebrate and enjoy whatever we found out and then would either have a really funny story for friends & family or be able to spread the word!
Our anatomy scan in July 2023 confirmed we are having a little boy! We hope this review is helpful for others and we had fun along the way

I am still awaiting for my ultrasound gender reveal appointment. However , just wanted to share that I had great experience with this company , and I’m praying that I would get the same result I did for the email. I was very happy when I received their email and found out because it eliminated lots of my worries . I followed instructions one by one , but my blood clotted , so has to wash my hands 3 times during the process and repeat to fill it to the limit . No males the room and make sure to sanitize alll surfaces . No help is required , for the sake of accuracy . Over all , I’m happy I did it .

I’m glad I didn’t attempt to do it without the instructions as it’s very important to sterilize hands/disinfect in order to make sure no male DNA comes in contact with sample (we have two males in our house) - within a week of sending back we got results fast that it was another boy. They confirmed male at ultrasound! Definitely would recommend as it saves so much stress/anxiety waiting to 20week ultrasound and you can start to plan ahead quicker.

Overall test was accurate which is what we all want. I ordered on a Monday, kit arrived Friday so by the time I got home from work and activated it and did the blood collection, I had to wait to Monday to get it in the mail, and total of 9 days for my results to come to me.
Maybe I wasn’t hydrated enough but I used all 3 needles to get enough blood. So maybe tips are needed on how to ensure blood collection will go smoother?!? It was easy to follow instructions, 9 days wasn’t extreme, AND most important, results were accurate. Baby is still cooking but I also had amniocentesis done which confirmed gender as well.

Ordered a kit when I was 8 weeks pregnant, and received it a week later in Alberta. Blood collection was easy - though be very careful to clean your work surface well, and to scrub your hands and under the nails well to prevent sample contamination. I got some blood under my fingernails during the collection process so I was a little bit skeptical of the results, but Early Reveal said boy and two ultrasounds (one at 16 weeks and another at 20 weeks) both confirmed boy!
Time from ordering to the kit to receiving the results was less than 2 weeks: ordered kit on Wednesday (Feb 9), shipped the next day (Feb 10), arrived following Thursday (Feb 17) which was also the day I took and shipped back the sample. Kit arrived back at the lab on Monday (Feb 21), I received an email the next day (Feb 22) that I *MIGHT* see results that evening - if not, it would arrive the following morning. Results received early Wed (Feb 23) morning.
I didn't want to deal with shipping samples across the border with some of the companies based in US, so I was happy to have a Canadian version! Would recommend.

Early pregnancy can be a rough time - there's not much going on, and you don't feel too great either. However, Early Reveal was one of the most exciting parts of our journey! After our 20 week scan was inconclusive on the gender I was desperate to find out! We ordered the express kit which came the next day.
The only downfall for me was it was very tricky for me to collect enough blood. I ran out of finger pricks and really had to squeeze every drop I could out. In the end it all worked out and was worth it!
Results came back as a boy and it was confirmed at our 30 week ultrasound!
I have already told my friends and a few have them have made the purchase. I will definitely recommend to all my newly pregnant friends!

We just did our 20 week anatomy ultrasound and lo and behold... our test was accurate! I did the Early Reveal test at 9 weeks, got a 'Boy' result, which was confirmed today.
I feel like the testing these guys do is higher quality and more accurate than other blood tests you can do through other companies for novelty purposes. Anyway, very happy that it worked and that the gender we revealed early (our 4th baby) was right .

When I first ordered the test I was a bit skeptical knowing there is a chance of contamination (on my own part). The test shipped, I did as the instructions said, and sent the test back. They were very quick to get my results to me. When I seen “Boy”, I couldn’t believe it. But sure enough, at my 20 week ultrasound they confirmed boy!
If you’re hesitant to buy one, I HIGHLY recommend it.

We tried this test, since we were excited to know the gender of our first child. We thought it would be fun. The steps were easy to follow, my only difficulty was to draw the recommended amount of blood. However, I contacted customer service, and assured me they had enough sample to detect the gender. I know the American version has really bad reviews so I was a little hesitant to do this and pay money. Fortunately for me, I was able to grab a free kit apart of their grand opening special. I felt very lucky but extremely skeptical! Customer service was great, answering all my questions! The kit was super easy to use and painless. You literally just follow the instructions and you'll be fine! Mine came back boy!! I didn't know if I should trust it because there is a higher chance of contamination. However! The whole process was super easy! The prick of the finger hurt a bit and did leave a bruise but you’re making yourself bleed I’m not sure if I expect anything different. I waited for my ultrasound to confirm before writing my review but my little boy was accurate!! Shipping took a little longer than what the box said but covid has had unexpected shipping delays so not too worried about that. Results were in the next day! Would definitely recommend ESPECIALLY if you’re Canadian looking into this vs the sneak peak test!!!

They took a few hours to answer my email but when they did, they went above and beyond to answer all my questions and even offered to have one of the QC managers give me a call and walk me through the science behind the test.

After having a ultrasound at 16 weeks and not being able to be told the gender because they’re ere moving too much I decided to try early reveal. I hadn’t heard of it before so i was a little skeptical. I got the results yesterday and it says girl. I have another ultrasound In a week so hopefully it will confirm. I live in a house with 2 boys so was worried about contamination so I did it in a room that they aren’t in too much and wiped the whole table down with Lysol wipes and washed and sanitized my hands before even touching the test. The only negative is it took a little longer to receive than I thought it would but it was still only a week and half so not too big of a deal. After sending it back I received the results 5 days later.

I'm a little skeptical with the results, as my NIPT test had confirmed the opposite gender. I will know for sure in a few weeks during my ultrasound. I just hopw that the tests are actually carried out properly and it's not just a business model based on 50% chance.
